J2 is a Little Different
We’re a technology consulting firm that was founded in 2002 in King of Prussia, PA. We recruit IT talent nationwide for organizations based in the Greater Philadelphia market.
Our goal is to stand out among IT staffing companies. Most of our competitors measure performance based on call volume and how fast they get resumes to employers.

In our industry, the average Net Promoter Score is 31 for employers and 19 for consultants.
