Happy New Year to all! As 2021 gets underway, the team at J2 would like to take this opportunity to reflect on 2020 and offer a glimpse of what’s to come in the brighter year ahead!
Last year was a year like no other—a fact likely disputed by no one. However, despite the global uncertainty and economic upheaval, J2 came out of the year ahead, with sustained success and business growth.
Our growth was largely due to our ability to pivot in response to the sudden and profound shift in the business landscape. Most notably, we expanded our suite of solutions to include a new data practice designed to help customers turn raw data into transformative business value. Data, as it turned out, was a key driver in 2020 as businesses had to find new ways to satisfy customers to drive revenue. Backed by our data solutions, J2 successfully helped many customers make smarter decisions with greater urgency to maintain continuity throughout the crisis—a practice we applied to our own business as well.
Moving forward in 2021, we will continue to build our data practice as we help more customers weather the pandemic and come out the other side. Additionally, we are excited to announce the expansion of our J2 family as we added three new members to our team—a testament to our strong growth over the past year.

Foundational to everything we do at J2, relationships will continue to play a leading role in the year ahead. With a focus on Client Centricity, we are committed to building long-term partnerships with our clients, serving as a reliable resource to support their business success.
Customer satisfaction is our most important metric; input from our customers will continue to guide our business decisions in 2021 and beyond. To that end, this month, we will be introducing a new Net Promoter Scoring system, whereby customers will have the opportunity to tell us what’s going well, what’s not and what more they’d like to see from us. In the spirit of transparency, we will share those results with you monthly so you can see how we’re doing in achieving our most important goal: exceeding customers’ needs.
