Happy holidays! 
December is important. A lot happens during these 31 days. The weather turns cold (I hate that), we remember Pearl Harbor, we experience the longest night of the year (winter solstice) and if you are Canadian you celebrate Boxing Day. This year in particular we experience the Christmas Star in December, which last occurred 800 years ago! These are just some of the events December offers. We also celebrate Hanukkah, Kwanza, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. There is clearly lots to celebrate, minus the cold part, unless it’s your thing. And let’s be honest, this year we could all use a little celebrating.
Aside from celebrating, ‘tis also the season for giving and receiving. I truly believe that it is better to give than to receive and we all have something to give, even if it is just a smile.
