Yes, this is a couple of days early.
This year, turkey day will certainly be a challenge. In years past we would be gearing up for a holiday spent traveling near and far to gather around the table with loved ones. We’d find ourselves raising a glass, eating too much, taking part 
in holiday traditions and yes, even enduring an awkward conversation or two ?. Instead, this year we’re facing travel bans, rising case numbers, a second wave of shutdowns and some family members choosing to stay at home and be safe.
Many of you know that my superpower is simplicity; so, I would like to keep this simple. Sanjay’s Thought Leadership Blog this month said it beautifully, and I would just like to further emphasize his message of kindness and thanks.
Thank you to our families, friends, partners and associates, without whom we would not be who we are.
Though it may be from a distance, I hope you have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
